Prof. (Dr.) Pranjal Tahbildar joined as Principal-cum-Chief Superintendent of Lakhimpur Medical College & Hospital on 8th August 2024.
Previously, he has served in the Health Establishment of Assam (Dept of Medical Education & Research, formerly Health B) in various capacities over a period of four decades in Medical Colleges at Dibrugarh, Guwahati, Silchar, Jorhat, Tinsukia, and North Lakhimpur.
An Orthopaedic Surgeon, he is a graduate and post-graduate of Assam Medical College & Dibrugarh University. He has also received training at AIIMS New Delhi, under the American College of Surgeons, and at the National Institute of Health & FW, New Delhi.
